DIPR ORGANIZES CAPACITY BUILDING TRAINING

KOHIMA, Oct 12: At the IPR Conference Hall in Kohima, the Directorate of Information & Public Relations hosted a two-day capacity-building training on service rules, account concerns, and photography. The two-day training got under way on October 12 and will end on October 13. The training was planned with the intention of better supplying the ministerial staff and the field staff with the most recent working techniques in order to guarantee that the department’s operating system becomes more effective.

On the first day of training, the trainees—who comprised department ministerial employees from all the district offices—were given a briefing by the resource people on a variety of topics, including office practices, service books, account issues, pension issues, and the e-pay bill system.

The senior personnel of the Directorate who had over the years accumulated invaluable expertise and were up to date with the most recent working system of the government served as the majority of the training’s resource people during the two-day session.

The department’s photographers will receive refresher instruction in photography on the second day of training. The learners would also get the chance to learn how to use the newest tools and acquire skills for improvising and improving their photographic abilities.
