KOHIMA, May 18: Governor of Nagaland, P.B Acharya had an interactive session with members of the visiting Rotary Club Bombay (North) and Rotary Club Kohima at Raj Bhavan on 16th May 2015.
The Governor in his address thanked the Rotary Club Bombay (North) for conducting the free medical camps which has helped identified many patients in their initial stages and requested the members of Rotary club Kohima for follow up check up of the patients.
P.B Acharya also said that the main reason he motivated the doctors from Mumbai to come to Nagaland was not only for the health sector but also for National integration, emotional integration, getting to know each other and also to understand and respect each other. The Governor also expressed his happiness at meeting the Rotarians of the State for the first time.
Dr. Keditsu, Past President Rotary Club Kohima also highlighted some of the many projects the Rotary Club of Kohima has done. He also said that the Rotary Club Kohima is active and is doing their part for the State. Dr. Keditsu also assured that Rotary Club Kohima would conduct follow up checkups and extended their support and help in such projects in the future.
Dr. Palep, President Rotary Club Bombay (North) in his short address emphasized for enhancing skills by the doctors for better achievement.
